Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for purchases made directly through CheckInVerify’s official channels. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 30 days of the purchase date. The product or service must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, if applicable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom software development services once the project has commenced.
  • Digital products and software licenses once activated or downloaded.
  • Any promotional or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at help@checkinverify.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and notify you of the status within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
